The southeastern county highlighted in red atop the page is Delaware County, also known as Delco, the backbone of Pennsylvania. You can’t describe Delco to an outsider, but it’s where everything on this site originated, including the writer. Also, if you have a hard time understanding sarcasm, you may have a hard time understanding much here.
